Product Return

You have the right to return a product within 14 days of the date of receipt, in accordance with Article 27 of the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014.
Exception: The right of return does not apply to products made to individual order.

How to make a return or complaint?

  1. Write to us at the email address: kontakt@fashionista-trends.com

Please provide the following information:

  • For a return: Fill in details such as:
    • Your first name, last name, address, contact number, order number.
    • Details of the returned product (name, quantity, price).
    • Bank account number for the refund.
    • Signature.
  • For a complaint: Also provide:
    • Description of the damage/defect.
    • Date of purchase and detection of the defect.
    • Desired solution (e.g., repair, replacement, refund).
  1. Ship the Product
    • Include:
      • The completed form.
      • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt/invoice).
      • All product accessories.
  2. Contact us to get the shipping address
  3. Refund or complaint processing
    • Return: After receiving the package, the money will be refunded within 14 days.
    • Complaint: We will respond within 14 days of its notification.
