Product Return
You have the right to return a product within 14 days of the date of receipt, in accordance with Article 27 of the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014.
Exception: The right of return does not apply to products made to individual order.

How to make a return or complaint?

Please provide the following information:
- For a return: Fill in details such as:
- Your first name, last name, address, contact number, order number.
- Details of the returned product (name, quantity, price).
- Bank account number for the refund.
- Signature.
- For a complaint: Also provide:
- Description of the damage/defect.
- Date of purchase and detection of the defect.
- Desired solution (e.g., repair, replacement, refund).
- Ship the Product
- Include:
- The completed form.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt/invoice).
- All product accessories.
- Contact us to get the shipping address
- Refund or complaint processing
- Return: After receiving the package, the money will be refunded within 14 days.
- Complaint: We will respond within 14 days of its notification.
