Managing an account/store as a Creator:

• Data: name, surname, address, email, phone, bank account number, banking details, company name, VAT number (for companies), and other voluntarily provided data.

  a) Managing Creator Panel, selling, and fulfilling orders:
  – cooperation with the platform,
  – accounting settlements,
  – communication regarding store and orders.
  b) Analysis and statistics for platform development.
  c) Resolving disputes and claims.
  d) Tax and accounting obligations (invoices, complaints, returns).

  – Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – contract execution
  – Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interests of the Administrator
  – Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR – legal obligation
• Data storage: During cooperation and according to legal requirements (e.g., tax).

§5 Do you have to provide your personal data?
Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to use certain store features (e.g., placing orders, subscribing to the newsletter). Data marked with * is required for contract execution – without it, the contract cannot be fulfilled.

§6 Are your data analyzed or profiled?
Yes, data may be analyzed and profiled to tailor ads and offers to your preferences (e.g., based on viewed or purchased products). Profiling is automatic and does not significantly affect your decisions.

§7 Who do we share your personal data with and does it go outside the EEA?

1. Order fulfillment partners:
   • Producers/Artisans: Name, surname, delivery and billing address, email, phone, and for companies, also company name and VAT number.
   • Transport companies (InPost, DPD, DHL, Poczta Polska, ORLEN PACZKA): Same data as above, as needed for delivery.
   • Hotpay: Payment processing. Data: name, surname, billing address/card address, account/card number, and for companies, VAT number.
2. Partners outside the EEA:
   • Google (Analytics, Ads): Analytical and marketing data (e.g., page views, clicks).
   • Meta (Facebook Pixel): Marketing data (e.g., remarketing). Data is processed according to relevant protection standards (e.g., GDPR clauses).

Consent to cookies allows these entities to collect data on your activity on the site (e.g., time on site, viewed products).

We ensure a minimal scope of shared data necessary for service provision. Details of partner privacy policies can be found on their websites.

§8 Your rights regarding personal data
